Activated charcoal is made by processing a material that’s high in carbon at very high temperatures and then “activating” it with steam or hot air. This process increases the material’s surface area and pores, so it’s able to bind to and absorb toxins from your skin - then you wash them away. I use only Organika brand (a local company) of sustainably sourced activated charcoal powder. It is ecologically sourced from AFTS (American Tree Farm System) certified trees, ensuring that no old growth forests are affected
Eucalyptus essential oil is anti-inflammatory & anti-bacterial. In aromatherapy, it is uplifting, balancing & comforting
